We are a mother/daughter team who gather inspiration from each other and are
following our artistic talents. Elizabeth (Liz) is the mother with the fabulous
creativity, imagination and marketing talents. Cari is the daughter with the
business background who happens to paint and create, too. Together, we are
having fun building our arts and gifts business.
Dentistry, software and a family craft history made c.lizzy’s a reality. Liz spent the
last 25 years in the dental industry and always had her feet in the part-time arts
and crafts world with her mother. Naturally Nice, owned by Liz and her mother,
was known in the local area for their hand-whittled wood flowers, grapevine
baskets and corn husk flowers. Helping her mother and grandmother became
Cari's part-time job during high school and college years. Creativity was in our
souls then, and as we discovered, still is.
After time away from the arts and crafts industry, we started to get the creative bug
again. A retirement from the dental scene was approaching for Liz, and Cari
decided it was time to pursue a new path following several years in the software
industry. And c.lizzy’s was born!
